Job Purpose

To provide senior-level technical expertise in Construction Quality Control and ensure consistent quality standards across project sites.

The role requires an experienced QC skilled with solid practical knowledge of construction activities, quality standards, IS codes, inspections, testing, NCR management, root cause analysis, and defect prevention.

The Manager – Quality Control will work closely with project and execution teams, identify quality risks at an early stage, resolve technical quality issues, and guide the QC team to achieve the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

A. Construction Quality Control
Monitor and control quality across all major construction activities.




Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, IS codes, method statements, and company quality standards.
Review quality from excavation and foundation through RCC, masonry, plastering, finishing, and handover.
Identify defects, deviations, and NCRs and ensure timely corrective action.
Provide practical technical solutions for complex site quality issues.

B. Concrete & Structural Quality
Monitor RMC, concrete pouring, vibration, curing, and testing activities.
Review cube test results and ensure compliance with required design strength.
Check reinforcement, shuttering, embedded items, and RCC works.
Monitor structural quality and recommend corrective actions for deviations.
Ensure proper implementation of approved construction methodologies.

C. Material Quality Control
Ensure materials comply with approved specifications and applicable standards.
Review MIRs, material test reports, and quality doc
