Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven Recruitment Sales Associate who will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding, ensuring a smooth handover once an engineer joins a client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced setting, communicates exceptionally well, and is motivated by targets and client success.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Identify, research, and generate high-quality leads in the USA and MENA markets.
Execute outbound activities across email, calls, texts,



and messaging platforms (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Slack communities, etc.).
Maintain daily and weekly outreach volume targets.
Sales Pipeline Management
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls with prospective clients.
Understand client talent needs, hiring challenges, budget, and timelines.
Present withRemotes solutions (EOR, Staff Augmentation, Managed Remote Talent) convincingly.
Client Engagement & Closure
Conduct structured discovery calls and follow-ups.
Prepare proposals, pricing discussions, and service explanations.
Drive clients toward signing agreements and onboarding engineers.
Maintain accurate CRM updates across the entire sales cycle.
Account Coordination & Onboarding
Work closely with internal teams to match engineers with client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, feedback loops, offer finalization, and onboarding timelines.
