Person should be responsible for Recruitment & Activation of Agent and source Health business through agents.

Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including agents, customers, and partners.
Lead and manage a team of agents, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and expansion.
Monitor and report on performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in agency management, sales, or a related field.
Robust knowledge of the health insurance industry and market trends.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
Robust problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Experience with team management and coaching is an asset.
