We are looking for a passionate, energetic, and result-oriented Business Development Manager who can generate quality business, build long-term client relationships, and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries professionally.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT solutions.
Conduct client meetings (online/offline), presentations, and product demonstrations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and business presentations.
Negotiate pricing,



timelines, and project scope to close deals successfully.
Convert qualified leads into paying clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects until closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and current clients.
Coordinate with the technical team for project understanding and smooth handover.
Maintain accurate records in CRM/Excel.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Identify new markets and business opportunities.
Represent the company professionally during meetings and networking events.
