About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Creative Leadership
Define the overall creative vision and storytelling approach for video projects.
Provide creative direction to the Video Editing team from concept to final delivery.
Review edits and provide constructive feedback to ensure high-quality output.
Ensure consistency in visual style, branding, pacing, transitions, colour grading, sound design, and storytelling across all projects.
Drive innovation by introducing new editing styles, techniques, AI tools, and industry best practices.

Team Leadership
Lead and mentor the Video Editing team.
Assign projects and manage team workload.
Guide the team on advanced editing, motion graphics, visual effects, and post-production workflows.

Technical & Project Management
Collaborate with Project Managers, Drone Teams, 3D Teams, and Client Servicing to deliver engaging visual content.
Participate in client discussions for creative inputs when required.
Recommend current tools and technologies to improve editing workflows.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, Visual Arts, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in video editing and post-production.
2+ years of experience leading or mentoring a video editing team.
Experience in corporate films, drone videos, real estate, architecture walkthroughs, advertisements, or digital media is preferred.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
