Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
Supervise daily operations.
Monitor performance metrics and implement corrective actions to achieve operational targets. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational processes and workflows. - Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence. - Analyze operational data and prepare reports for management review.
Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience in operations management or a similar role.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in project management and process improvement methodologies

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Operations management: 3 years (required)
Operation executive: 3 years (required)
