Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Design & Production:Develop cutting-edge design concepts, presentations, and detailed working drawings for large-scale housing projects.
Business Development & Client Management:Lead client interactions, maintain project relations, and actively identify growth/BD opportunities.
Financial Oversight:Manage project budgets, track resource allocation, and oversee project financial flows.
Team Leadership & Mentorship:Build, scale, and manage the in-house team; guide and groom junior architects.
Consultant Coordination:Direct, manage, and extract high-quality, timely deliverables from external MEP, structural, and specialized consultants.
Site Supervision:Conduct critical site visits to ensure construction accurately matches design intent, quality standards, and building codes.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) or Master of Architecture (M.Arch) from a recognized institution.




Experience:5 to 8 years of solid professional experience in an architectural firm with a proven track record in core building architecture/housing projects.
Software Proficiency:AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Lumion.
Technical Knowledge:In-depth understanding of building materials, construction techniques, and Indian building codes (NBC).
Portfolio Requirement:A strong portfolio demonstrating design skills, technical proficiency, and structural conceptual clarity is mandatory.
