Key Responsibilities
Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write captivating, high-retention scripts for YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, property walkthroughs, and client testimonials.
Content Creation: Conceptualize, shoot, and/or collaborate directly with video editors and designers to produce finished, high-quality video content.
Hook & Trend Mastery: Actively track local real estate trends, financial market updates, and viral social media formats to adapt them into fresh, localized content.
Lead Generation Copy: Write compelling hooks, captions, and robust Calls-to-Action (CTAs) tailored to property buyers, sellers, and investors.
Voice-over & On-Camera Work: Record explicit voice-overs or confidently present properties and market updates on-camera when required.
Brand Consistency: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s tone, whether targeting first-time homebuyers, HNIs (High Net-Worth Individuals), or NRI investors.
Platform Optimization: Tailor content formats specifically for the nuances of each distribution channel (e.g., YouTube long-form vs. Shorts/Reels)
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
