Responsibilities:
Act as a day-to-day point of contact for client queries and coordination.
Support account managers with campaign updates, status calls, and client reporting.
Prepare client-facing reports, presentations, and performance summaries.
Coordinate with internal teams (performance marketing, creative, SEO) to ensure timely delivery.
Track client deliverables, timelines, and follow-ups.
Help maintain client documentation, trackers, and SOPs.
Assist in onboarding recent clients and gathering briefs and requirements.
Requirements:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Prior internship or client-facing experience is a plus.
Must be based in or able to commute to Sec 135, Noida.
