Key Responsibilities
Program Guidance: Pitch Technoglobe’s diverse educational programs, certifications, and courses effectively.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful admissions by addresssing student queries and handling objections.
Relationship Building: Maintain a database of prospects and follow up regularly to build a strong pipeline.
End-to-End Assistance: Support students through the entire enrollment, documentation, and fee submission process.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:Previous experience in counselling or in the Education Industry
Education: Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
Communication:



Flawless verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is an added advantage).
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, active listening, persuasive phone etiquette, and a result-driven mindset.
Tech Savvy: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfort working with CRM tools.
