Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other channels
Write and post transparent, compelling job descriptions
Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure data accuracy and compliance
Track recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fi ll, source of hire) and provide regular reports
Stay updated on hiring trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes Requirements:
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role
Robust understanding of full-cycle recruitment
Experience in bulk hiring
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment




Robust organizational and time-management abilities Preferred Qualifi cations:
Experience hiring in digital marketing industry
Profi ciency in using recruitment tools and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri etc

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
