About the Role
BSI Financial is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help drive high-volume hiring across both technical and non-technical functions in India.

What You'll Do
Manage a high-volume requisition load across technical and non-technical positions.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, priorities, and market conditions.
Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other channels.
Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screens to assess technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Provide hiring managers with market insights, talent availability, and recruiting recommendations.
Meet hiring goals while maintaining quality, speed, and a high level of customer service.

What We're Looking For
4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably supporting both technical and non-technical hiring.
Demonstrated success managing a high-volume recruiting workload.




Robust sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and other recruiting platforms.
Ability to influence hiring managers and act as a trusted talent advisor.
Excellent interviewing, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); UKG experience is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven workplace.
