Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s IndiaMART account.
Handle buyer inquiries and respond promptly.
Generate and qualify business leads from IndiaMART.
Update product listings and ensure accurate product information.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert inquiries into orders.
Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Build solid customer relationships and provide excellent support.
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of experience working on the IndiaMART platform.
Good knowledge of IndiaMART lead management and inquiry handling.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to manage multiple inquiries and work in a target-oriented setting.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
