Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Implement and monitor Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) policies and procedures.
Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements.
Conduct toolbox talks, safety training, and awareness programs for employees and workers.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and prepare reports.
Monitor the use of PPE and ensure adherence to secure work practices.
Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Maintain safety documentation, records, permits,
and inspection reports.
Coordinate with project and site teams to maintain a safe working environment.
Eligibility & Requirements
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Mandatory Certification: PDIS / ADIS from SCTVT only.
Experience in Steel / Power / Refinery / Industrial Plant is mandatory.
Robust knowledge of industrial safety procedures and HSE compliance.
Valuable communication and reporting skills.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
