Job DescriptionWe are hiring Automation Operators for Fuji Electric at Oragadam. The candidate will be responsible for operating and monitoring automated production machines while ensuring smooth production, quality, and safety.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperate automated production and assembly machines.
Load raw materials and components into the machine.
Monitor machine performance and production output.
Perform basic machine settings and changeovers as instructed.
Identify minor machine issues and inform the maintenance team.
Conduct visual inspection of finished products.
Record daily production data and machine status.
Maintain 5S and workplace cleanliness.
Follow SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
Work in rotational shifts and support production targets.
RequirementsITI/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in an automation or manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of PLC-controlled or automated machines is preferred.
Valuable understanding of production, quality, and safety practices.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
