Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage daily client interactions, address service-related issues, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high standard of service for our corporate and expatriate clients.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain solid client relationships by providing prompt updates and solutions.
Coordinate with operations, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to resolve client issues efficiently.
Track service complaints, update CRM, and follow up until closure.
Assist in onboarding new tenants by guiding them through service processes.
Prepare basic reports for client feedback, issue logs, and escalation records.
Support property managers with check-ins, check-outs, and document collection.




Maintain professionalism and empathy while dealing with high-profile clients including expats and diplomats.

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Customer Service Executive / Coordinator in real estate, hospitality, or facility management.
Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi mandatory).
Robust organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive client situations with discretion.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and client-sensitive environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
