The Security Supervisor oversees the daily security operations of Adiva Residency Beacon. This role is responsible for managing the guard force, monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and enforcing safety protocols to protect personnel, assets, and property.Core ResponsibilitiesGuard Management
Manage Shifts: Schedule, assign, and deploy security guards for daily duties and specialized patrols.
Supervise Personnel: Monitor guard performance, uniform compliance, and adherence to company policies.
Conduct Training: Lead regular briefings, fire drill exercises, and emergency response training for guards.

Operations & Monitoring
Control Access: Oversee visitor management systems, vehicle logging, and material gate passes.
Surveillance: Monitor CCTV camera networks, access control panels, and perimeter alarm systems.
Patrol Checks: Conduct random physical inspections of the premises to identify security gaps.

Incident & Emergency Response
First Response: Lead the immediate response to medical emergencies, fire alarms, thefts, or trespassers.
Liaison:



Coordinate directly with local police, fire departments, and medical services during crises.
Reporting: Document detailed daily shift logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests for security gear.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of [Higher Secondary / Graduate Degree].
Experience: [2 to 5 years] of experience as a security senior guard or supervisor.
Physical Fitness: High physical stamina and medical fitness to handle patrol rounds and emergency handling.
Soft Skills: Explicit verbal communication in [English / Hindi / Marathi] and robust leadership qualities.

Preferred Qualifications
Ex-Servicemen: Prior service in the Indian Armed Forces, Paramilitary forces, or Police is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
