Computer Operator cum Telecaller

Location: Karol Bagh, Current Delhi (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
Maintain and update data in MS Excel and company software.
Prepare reports, documents, and records.
Follow up with prospective customers and maintain call logs.
Coordinate with internal departments for query resolution.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of records.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and computer operations.
Valuable typing speed and data entry skills.
Confident in handling customer calls.
Well-organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
Basic computer proficiency is mandatory.
