Role & responsibilities
- Student Support: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling to address social, emotional, and academic challenges.
- Crisis Management: Provide intervention during emergencies (e.g., bullying, emotional distress) and collaborate with parents/guardians.
- Preventive Programming: Organize workshops on mental health awareness, career guidance, and life skills.
- Collaboration: Work with teachers and staff to identify behavioral trends and support classroom management.
- Confidentiality & Ethics: Maintain student records confidentially while adhering to school safeguarding policies

Preferred candidate profile

Education: Masters degree in Clinical Psychology,Counselling Psychology, or School Counselling.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in school counseling or working with children/adolescents.
- Certifications: Skilled licensure/certification as a counsellor.
- Competencies: Strong empathy, communication skills, and knowledge of child developmental psychology
