- Prepare and review structural designs for residential and commercial projects.
- Prepare and check RCC, steel, foundation, slab, beam, column, and other structural drawings.
- Perform structural analysis and design calculations.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, and site teams.
- Review structural drawings and identify design discrepancies or conflicts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction is as per approved drawings.
- Monitor reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and structural execution.
- Check material quality and construction methodology.
- Provide technical solutions for site-related structural issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and consultants for timely resolution of technical queries.
- Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, standards, and safety requirements.
