We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should be confident communicating with customers over the phone, understand their requirements, and convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and address customer queries.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.
Build positive relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead conversion.
Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Requirements
0–4 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or customer support.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer objections and work in a fast-paced environment.
