We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually stunning assets that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design skills, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into creative concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design Execution: Create engaging graphics for various media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials (brochures, flyers, posters), and digital ads.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.
- Concept Development: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Asset Management: Manage and organize design files, templates, and assets in shared drives or cloud storage.
- Revisions:
Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and make necessary revisions to designs in a timely manner.
- Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies to keep our visuals fresh and competitive.
- Print Production: Prepare final files for print production, ensuring correct color modes, bleeds, and resolutions.
Qualifications & SkillsRequired:
- Experience: 2–4 years of qualified graphic design experience (agency or in-house).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design work (digital, print, branding, etc.).
- Software Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Familiarity with Figma or Sketch is a plus.
- Typography & Layout: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate design choices clearly.
