Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Monitor accounts payable, receivable, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing
Ensure compliance with RERA, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, and other statutory regulations
Required Candidate profile
Solid knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Income Tax, & understanding of real estate specific compliances
Experience in project accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.
