Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and proactive
Systems Administrator
to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Linux-based systems, while also contributing to software deployment, security management, and issue resolution. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong foundation in Linux system administration and automation tools to grow within a cooperative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, optimize, and troubleshoot Linux server environments.
- Deploy and manage both open-source and proprietary software applications.
- Quickly identify and resolve system-related operational issues.
- Monitor and maintain system security, performance, and reliability.
- Provide user support for access and resource-related issues.




- Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and software concerns.
- Document procedures, workflows, and best practices in internal knowledge bases.
- Perform additional tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Master’s degree
in Mathematics, Science, Computer Science/Applications,
ora Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA Linux+, LPIC-1/LPIC-2, or RHCSA are highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of networking, file systems, system monitoring, backup/recovery processes, and virtualization.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and Python.
- Experience with automation tools like Ansible or XCAT for provisioning and configuration management.
- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Linux system administration.
