As we continue to expand our reach, we are looking for a Business Development Executive to help grow our institutional network, develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with the research and academic community.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, target-oriented Business Development Executive who is confident in communication, comfortable with outbound sales and motivated by building relationships. The role will focus on lead generation, prospecting, client engagement, follow-ups and business conversion across ARCC Journals' publishing and research ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, online research, referrals and other relevant channels.





· Build and maintain qualified relationships with universities, colleges, research institutions, organizations and other potential partners.

· Understand prospect requirements and communicate relevant ARCC Journals offerings clearly and professionally.

· Conduct prospect calls, virtual meetings, presentations and structured follow-ups throughout the sales cycle.

· Manage the lead pipeline from initial outreach through qualification, follow-up and conversion.

· Develop new business opportunities and contribute consistently toward monthly sales and business development targets.

· Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, lead-generation initiatives, webinars, events and outreach programs.

· Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, follow-ups, opportunities and conversions using CRM or internal systems.

· Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations and other sales communication when required.
