Role & responsibilities
- Litigation Management- Manage company's & company's verticals litigation portfolio, working closely with external counsels ensuring timely & favorable outcomes.
- Draft Legal Documents and Replies Is well acquainted with NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, NCDRC matters
- Proficiently drafting, vetting and finalizing various types of
- correspondences for departments, banks etc.
- Providing legal advice and coordinating with other departments of the organization.
- Engaging, briefing and assisting Advocates & Sr Counsels.
Qualification
Qualification Bachelor of Law (LL.B) or Equivalent Masters degree in Law(LL.M)
Overall Experience
Minimum 5 Years of relevant experience
Type of industry
Any/ Experience in Infrastructure (EPC) Company Budget Negotiable
