Role & responsibilities
- Handle enquiries from prospective parents through calls, messages, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Understand parents' requirements and guide them regarding the school, curriculum, facilities, fee structure, and admission process.
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and other sources.
- Follow up with prospective parents and convert enquiries into school visits and admissions.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective and existing parents.
- Conduct counselling sessions and address parents' questions and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate and facilitate school visits for prospective parents.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in the CRM/ERP.
- Work towards achieving monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the school admissions and academic teams to ensure a smooth parent experience.




- Handle parent concerns and ensure timely resolution by coordinating with the concerned departments.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, visits, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- experience in sales, counselling, customer relationship management, business development, or admissions.
- Experience in school admissions/education sales will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field work and face-to-face parent interactions.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM or ERP systems.
- Should be comfortable working 6 days a week. in Rotational day shift
