We are seeking an accomplished and high-energy Senior Manager Technology Sales to spearhead the domestic & international growth of our technology solutions portfolio. This is a senior, quota-carrying leadership role focused on winning current business across international markets -primarily in business process automation, and AI implementation services and ERP solutions, The ideal candidate is a consultative seller with deep familiarity with enterprise technology, a proven record of closing complex B2B deals internationally, and the leadership presence to build and scale a high-performing sales engine.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver the international sales targets for the technology solutions portfolio -process automation, and AI implementation services.
- Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for target geographies (UAE, GCC, and other international markets), including market segmentation, pricing positioning, and channel strategy.
- Build a robust, predictable sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, inbound qualification,



partnerships, referrals, and industry networking.
- Drive the complete sales cycle -prospecting, discovery, solution demonstrations, proposal development, commercial negotiation, and deal closure.

Solution & Consultative Selling
- Engage CXOs, business owners, and senior decision-makers to understand business challenges and map them to ERP, automation, and AI-led solutions.
- Lead compelling solution presentations and product demonstrations in collaboration with pre-sales, functional consultants, and delivery teams.
- Craft winning proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial models (fixed-price, T&M;, and managed services) tailored to client needs.
- Stay ahead of trends in Automation, intelligent automation (RPA/BPA), and applied AI and ERP platforms, to position HTIC Global as a forward-thinking transformation partner.

Account & Relationship Management
- Build long-term, trust-based relations
