JD:
- Lead the adoption and maturity of CI/CD practices across contact center platforms (Cisco UCCE, Genesys, Google CCAI).
- Design and standardize CI/CD pipelines for configuration management, infrastructure deployments, and platform updates.
- Train and mentor team members on DevOps principles, including version control, branching strategies, and automated deployments.
- Develop and conduct hands-on workshops and knowledge sessions on tools such as Jenkins, Git, Terraform, Ansible, and cloud-native CI/CD services.
- Guide the team in implementing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for repeatable and scalable environment provisioning.
- Establish best practices for release management, including automated testing, validation, rollback, and versioning.
- Enable teams to build automated deployment frameworks for IVR flows, routing scripts, and contact center configurations.




- Drive shift-left practices by promoting early validation, automated testing, and continuous feedback loops.
- Create and maintain CI/CD playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and reusable templates.
- Coach engineers on troubleshooting pipeline failures, optimizing build performance, and improving deployment reliability.
- Ensure integration of security and compliance checks (DevSecOps) within CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CI/CD strategy with business goals and release timelines.
- Establish KPIs and metrics for CI/CD adoption such as deployment frequency, lead time, failure rate, and recovery time.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce recent tools and automation techniques to improve delivery efficiency.
