Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and revise architectural and statutory drawings in compliance with DCPR 2034, MCGM regulations, circulars and applicable guidelines.
- Prepare drawings and submissions for IOD, CC, amended CC, OC and other statutory approvals.
- Handle FSI, TDR, fungible FSI, setbacks, height, parking, amenity and area calculations as applicable.
- Coordinate with Architects, Structural/MEP Consultants, Liaison Consultants and Project Teams for drawing preparation and revisions.
- Incorporate MCGM observations/comments and ensure timely resubmission of revised drawings.
- Maintain proper records of submitted, revised and approved drawings with effective version control.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure execution is aligned with sanctioned plans and approved drawings.




- Support the liaisoning team during authority inspections and approval-related activities.

Skills & Experience
- Robust proficiency in AutoCAD and statutory drawing preparation.
- Hands-on knowledge of DCPR 2034 and MCGM approval processes.
- Experience in Mumbai real estate projects, preferably residential, commercial or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of FSI/TDR, building regulations and development permissions.
- Good coordination, communication and follow-up skills.
- Marathi proficiency will be an advantage.
