Role Description
The Senior AR Caller is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai. This position is responsible for handling outbound calls to insurance companies and other payers to follow up on outstanding claims, resolve denials, and secure timely payments. Daily tasks include reviewing accounts receivable reports, analyzing claim status, documenting call outcomes, updating account notes,



and initiating corrective actions such as re-submissions or appeals. The role involves coordinating with internal billing and coding teams to address discrepancies, maintain payer-specific knowledge, and meet collection and productivity targets. The Senior AR Caller is also expected to mentor junior team members, contribute to process improvements, and uphold compliance with all relevant regulations and client guidelines.

Qualifications
- Strong accounts receivable follow-up expertise, including experience with insurance verification, claim status checks, and denial resolution.
- Solid knowledge of medical billing processes, revenue cycle management, and common payer guidelines and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for explicit, professional phone interactions with payers and effective coordination with internal teams.
- Proficiency in using billing software, EHR/PM systems, and workflow tools, with good keyboarding and docu
