Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Execution to lead and manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects across various locations in Tamil Nadu.

The candidate will be responsible for project planning, site execution, resource management, client coordination, quality and safety compliance, cost control, and timely project completion. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills and proven experience in managing electrical projects from mobilization through final handover.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end execution of electrical projects across multiple sites.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Prepare project schedules, execution plans, and resource requirements.




- Monitor site progress, manpower deployment, material availability, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved drawings, BOQs, technical specifications, and project requirements.
- Review electrical drawings, BOQs, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Monitor project budgets, billing, cost control, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety procedures, and statutory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits, project review meetings, and progress assessments.
- Identify and resolve technical, operational, and execution-related issues.
- Track project milestones and implement corrective actions wherever required.
- Prepare and submit regular project progress and status reports to management.
