Your recent role
As a Project Coordinator in the Rare Disease (RareD) department of P&PS; GBS, you will be re-sponsible for the timely planning and execution of Commercial Excellence, Strategic Planning, Rare Blood Disorders (RBD) Commercial and Corporate Affairs projects initiated by the RareD team in Zurich. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, operations and stakeholder management – turning complex initiatives into clear plans and measurable outcomes.

Day-to-day, your tasks will be to:
- Coordinate project activities, develop and maintain project plans, track timelines and key metrics, and provide regular status reporting to ensure successful delivery of strategic initiatives.
- Manage project budgets, maintain financial trackers,



support forecasting and cost control activities, and coordinate budget planning cycles by consolidating inputs and monitoring variances.
- Process invoices, support contract and procurement administration, obtain approvals, track payment status, and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Support vendor engagement, sourcing activities, vendor onboarding and financial reconciliations, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and governance requirements.
- Provide administrative support through meeting coordination, documentation management, report preparation, communication facilitation, and maintenance of project records.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support digital transformation initiatives across the function.
- Act as a key support partner by providing vacation cover and handling ad hoc administrative tasks for a counterpart based in Zurich.
