Role: JR MEP Quantity Surveyor

Location: Vikroli West, Mumbai

Key Responsibility:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 2–5 years of experience in MEP quantity surveying, preferably in high-rise residential construction projects.
- Assist with quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, tendering, and subcontractor comparisons for MEP works.
- Support measurement and valuation of HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, electrical, and ELV works, including subcontractor bills and material reconciliation.
- Coordinate with Project, Design, Procurement, Planning, and Site teams to ensure accurate measurements, documentation, and timely commercial submissions.
- Assist in preparing variations, claims, cost reports, payment certifications, and final accounts while maintaining proper QS records.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Advanced Excel, CostX/Candy, and ERP systems is preferred. GCC high-rise construction experience will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
