We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Detailing Engineer to join our engineering team. The role is suitable for freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in developing their career in engineering detailing and technical drawing.
The selected candidate will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and will be involved in preparing, modifying, and reviewing engineering drawings as per project requirements and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and modify engineering/detailing drawings using AutoCAD.
- Assist senior engineers in preparing detailed civil/structural drawings.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Prepare drawings according to project specifications and company standards.
- Incorporate design changes and revisions accurately.
- Coordinate with engineers and project teams for drawing-related requirements.
- Check drawings for accuracy, dimensions,
and completeness.
- Maintain drawing files, revisions, and project documentation.
- Complete assigned work within project schedules and quality requirements.
- Learn and apply project-specific detailing standards and procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience in civil/structural detailing or drafting.
- Basic to good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good understanding of basic civil and structural engineering concepts.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Positive attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
