Accounting & Finance Operations
- Supervise daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and fund allocations.
- Manage Globe Exchange settlement entries and reconcile ledgers across BSE, NSE, MCX, and FO segments.
- Oversee vendor invoicing, utility payments, rent, and branch expenses.
- Ensure timely preparation of GST, TDS, and compliance reports.
- Monitor petty cash, vouchers, and expense documentation.
- Handle client payout files, fund arrangements, and approvals.
- Prepare monthly billing and payment summaries for exchanges.

Banking & Settlement
- Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations across multiple banks.
- Manage overdraft (OD) transfers, repayments, and fund settlements.
- Verify cheque status, rejected entries, and NRI client balances.




- Coordinate upstream/downstream account reconciliations.
- Ensure smooth execution of end-of-day (EOD) processes.

Compliance & Audit
- Maintain accurate records for GST e-invoices, TDS certificates, and SEBI/exchange compliance.
- Support internal and external audits with timely data submission.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.

Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor the accounts team to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate with other departments (HR, Operations, Compliance) for smooth workflow.
- Provide financial insights and reports to senior management for decision-making.
