The Facility Soft Services and Technology role is responsible for managing and coordinating non-structural facility services and technology systems that support day-to-day building operations and enhance occupant experience.

Key Responsibilities

Soft Services Management
- Oversee cleaning, janitorial, and waste management services to maintain facility cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Manage landscaping, grounds maintenance, and exterior aesthetics
- Coordinate pest control services and environmental health programs
- Supervise reception, concierge, and hospitality services
- Manage catering services, vending operations, and amenity spaces
- Oversee mail and courier services, including package handling and distribution

Technology Systems
- Manage building technology systems including access control, CCTV, and security platforms
- Oversee audiovisual equipment, conference room technology, and collaboration tools
- Coordinate workplace technology integrations (IoT sensors, occupancy tracking, environmental monitoring)
- Support Building Management Systems (BMS)

- Manage visitor management systems and workplace experience applications
- Coordinate technology upgrades, system migrations, and digital transformation initiatives

Vendor and Contract Management
- Select, contract, and manage soft services vendors and technology partners
- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct vendor performance reviews and implement continuous improvement programs
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for soft services and technology investments

Compliance and Standards
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Maintain quality standards across all soft service deliverables
- Implement and monitor infection control and hygiene protocols
- Ensure technology systems meet data security and privacy requirements

Stakeholder Management
