Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Maintenance Executive to manage the day-to-day maintenance requirements of our retail stores across Delhi/NCR.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that refrigeration equipment, air conditioners, electrical systems, furniture and general store infrastructure remain in valuable working condition. The role will involve carrying out basic repairs independently and coordinating with external technicians/vendors for specialised repairs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Refrigeration & Freezers
· Attend to basic servicing and troubleshooting of commercial refrigeration equipment’s
· Identify issues and coordinate with refrigeration technicians for major repairs.
· Ensure breakdowns are attended to quickly to minimise product loss.
· Follow up until the equipment is restored and operational.
2. Air Conditioners
· Handle basic servicing & maintenance and troubleshooting of split, cassette and other ACs.
· Coordinate with AC vendors for gas charging, compressor issues and major repairs.
· Ensure regular servicing is completed as per schedule.
3. Electrical Maintenance
· Handle basic electrical repairs such as lights, switches, sockets, wiring, MCBs, fixtures, etc.
· Identify electrical issues and arrange electricians wherever required.
· Procure commonly required electrical spares and consumables from local markets/vendors.
4. Furniture & General Repairs
· Attend to basic furniture, carpentry, fixtures, doors, locks, shelves and store fixture repairs.
· Coordinate with carpenters, plumbers, electricians, painters and other local technicians whenever required.
· Handle minor repair and maintenance jobs independently wherever possible.
5. Fire Safety
· Ensure that all fire extinguishers are serviced/refilled/recharged on t
