Experience:
- Supervisor: 3–5 years
• Engineer: 4–7 years
Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile or Production Engineering.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle supplier, incoming, process and customer quality activities.
• Inspect casting and sheet-metal components for dimensional and visual compliance.
• Monitor quality across assembly and paint-shop processes.
• Handle process rejection, supplier issues and customer complaints.
• Perform RCA and implement CAPA using 7 QC Tools and 8D methodology.
• Maintain Control Plans, inspection standards and quality documentation.
• Work with PPAP, PFMEA, SPC,
MSA and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Coordinate with Production, Suppliers and Customers for timely issue resolution.
CQC Requirement:
Candidates should have experience handling two-wheeler OEM customers such as Honda, Suzuki, Yamaha or similar clients, including complaint resolution, containment actions and 8D closure.
Candidate Profile:
- Must be from the automobile or auto-component industry.
• Knowledge of casting, sheet metal, assembly and paint-shop processes is essential.
• Kannada language proficiency is mandatory.
• Immediate joiners will be highly preferred.
