About the Role:

We’re looking for a high-energy, trend-savvy Video Editor who lives and breathes Instagram, TikTok-style edits, quick-paced cuts, UGC storytelling, and performance-driven Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Editing & Post-Production
- Edit short-form content with speed, precision, and creativity.
- Use fast cuts, punchy pacing, sound effects, transitions, meme formats,



and kinetic text to keep content engaging.
- Edit UGC-style videos, talking-head videos, product demos, POVs, testimonials, and lifestyle clips.
- Optimize visuals for high retention, thumb-stop rate, and platform best practices.

2. Social Media Trend Expertise
- Track Instagram trends daily — audio trends, visual styles, transitions, text animations, formats.
- Quickly adapt trends into brand-friendly content ideas.
- Maintain a library of trending audios, hooks, visual references, and editing styles.

3. Meta Ads Editing
- Create high-performing ad creatives tailored for Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram).
- Understand ad structure, scroll-stopping first-second hooks, CTA placements, and storytelling for conversions.
- Deliver variations for A/B testing (hooks, lengths, overlays, text, formats).
- Edit ads that are optimized for performance, watch time, and click-through rates.
