Assistant Manager, Talent Development
The Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the planning, design, execution, and continuous improvement of DTA learning solutions. The role ensures that learning deliverables are aligned with business priorities, learner needs, quality standards, timelines, and overall DTA objectives.

Work you'll do
As an Assistant Manager, Talent Development on the Talent Development team, you will be responsible for:
- Managing assigned learning workstreams end to end, including planning, coordination, execution tracking, reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution
- Collaborating with business stakeholders, DTA teams, faculty, Learning Delivery Services, vendors, and cross-functional teams to support live-classroom, live-virtual, blended, and other learning experiences
- Creating, reviewing, and maintaining learning deliverables, trackers, dashboards, reports, presentations, and process documentation
- Supporting adherence to established quality, governance, audit, and process standards




- Using data and insights to support decision-making, measure effectiveness, and identify opportunities to improve consistency, efficiency, and learner experience

The Talent Development team supports the design and delivery of learning experiences that build capabilities aligned with business priorities. The team works across stakeholders, faculty, operations, and vendors to execute scalable, high-quality learning solutions. This role helps drive consistency, execution excellence, and continuous improvement across learning programs.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-10 years of experience in learning, talent development, program management, learning operations, or a similar function
- Experience managing learning programs, live events, virtual learning, blended learning, curriculum execution, or learning solution workstreams
