Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Research Analyst to support our B2B lead generation and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying target companies, researching key decision-makers, building prospect databases, and qualifying leads to support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market and company research to identify potential business opportunities.
- Gather and verify contact information of decision-makers from target organizations.
- Build, maintain, and update prospect databases.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
- Perform online research using platforms such as LinkedIn, company websites, and business directories.
- Support lead generation campaigns by providing accurate and relevant data.
- Generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and support Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) creation.




- Maintain data accuracy and integrity within CRM systems.
- Prepare research reports and data analysis as required by the business team.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to achieve campaign goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Research, Lead Generation, Data Research, or Market Research.
- Strong internet research and analytical skills.
- Positive understanding of B2B lead generation processes.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google Research, and MS Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of BANT, MQL, SQL, and sales funnel concepts.
- Exposure to international mark
