About the Role

TD Media Network Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Operations Intern to support the day-to-day operations of our media and advertising projects.

The intern will work closely with the Operations, Sales, Creative, Media, and Client Servicing teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, timely completion of tasks, proper documentation, and effective coordination with internal teams, clients, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team in planning and executing media and advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Sales, Creative, Design, Content, and Client Servicing.
- Maintain daily trackers for projects, campaigns, deliverables, and task status.




- Follow up with respective teams to ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in coordinating with clients, media partners, vendors, and external agencies.
- Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, MIS, and operational documents.
- Update campaign and project-related data in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Monitor project timelines and highlight delays, dependencies, or operational issues to the reporting manager.
- Assist in preparing campaign briefs, work orders, quotations, proposals, and other operational documents.
- Support scheduling of meetings, calls, campaign activities, and project deliverables.
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, approvals, communications, and deliverables.
- Conduct basic market, competitor, media, and industry research whenever required.
