Role Overview
Associate - Cataloging- International Marketplaces will drive end-to-end cross border shipping, logistics & operations and cataloging across marketplaces in the GCC (Noon, Namshi, Amazon.ae/.sa, Ounass, etc.) and USA (Amazon US, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Faire, etc.). The role requires hands-on ownership of cross-border compliance, localization, catalog quality, order processing and logistics.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end operations across international marketplaces in GCC (Noon, Namshi, Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa, Ounass, etc.) and USA (Amazon US, Walmart Marketplace, TikTok Shop, Faire, etc.)
- Handle and resolve day-to-day operational issues — inventory sync, order processing, account health, returns — with a hands-on approach across time zones
- Own the international product catalog — current listing creation, content and imagery localization, attribute mapping, and ongoing catalog hygiene across all onboarded platforms
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (planning, marketing, supply chain, legal)

Required Skills
- Must have exposure in international marketplace operations, cross - border logistic managements, particularly in GCC or USA & more ecosystems
- Hands-on experience in international catalog management — listing creation, content/imagery localization, and compliance with region-specific marketplace policies
- Working knowledge of cross-border commerce nuances: Invoice & shipping bills, duties/customs, logistics, currency conversion, and territorial IP licensing considerations
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, dashboards)

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
