1. Job Description Legal Associate- PPI Legal (Fintech, PPI, Cyber Law & Regulatory Affairs)

Experience: 2-3 years

Key Responsibilities

a) Provide legal and regulatory support on matters relating to fintech, digital payments, PPIs, payment aggregators, UPI ecosystem, digital lending, and other RBI-regulated businesses.

b) Advise business and management teams on applicable laws, RBI regulations, circulars, master directions, and regulatory developments impacting the Company's operations.

c) Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including technology agreements, merchant agreements, vendor agreements, service agreements, partnership agreements, referral agreements, and NDAs.

d) Independently handle cyber fraud, payment fraud, phishing, identity theft, account compromise, and other digital fraud-related matters.

e) Prepare and file complaints, responses, representations, notices, and legal submissions before Cyber Crime Cells, law enforcement agencies, regulatory authorities, banks, and payment service providers.

f) Coordinate with internal stakeholders,



law enforcement agencies, cyber investigators, and external counsel for investigation, recovery, and dispute resolution arising from cyber incidents.

g) Advise on cybersecurity, data protection, privacy, information security, and technology law-related issues affecting the business.

h) Handle consumer disputes, regulatory proceedings, arbitrations, and litigation matters and coordinate with external counsel.

i) Support compliance, operations, risk, and business teams on legal aspects of recent products, partnerships, and strategic initiatives.
