Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with various labour laws such as PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT.
- Manage compliance management systems to maintain regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate submission of challans and other documents on time.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement in compliance processes.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on company policies and procedures related to labour laws.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-5 years of experience in compliance management or a related field.
- Solid understanding of PF, ESIC, LWF, and PT regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders effectively.
- Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
