About the Job

Olive Homeopathy is looking for a Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team at Kizhisseri, Malappuram.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to patients and prospective customers.
- Follow up on enquiries and leads.
- Explain clinic services and provide relevant information to patients.
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the front office and other departments when required.
- Follow up with leads and work towards assigned performance targets.
- Communicate with patients in a polite and skilled manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and clinic information.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Good Malayalam communication skills.
- Good verbal and interpersonal communication skills.




- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or business development is an advantage.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
