About Royal Cosmetics:
Royal Cosmetics is an established color cosmetics manufacturing company with manufacturing operations in India and China. With over 25 years of industry experience, we specialize in manufacturing a wide range of color cosmetics for leading beauty and personal-care brands.

We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Manager who can independently manage factory production, manpower, production planning and ensure all orders are manufactured on time and as per required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage daily production schedules and targets
- Manage production of color cosmetics
- Supervise production, filling, assembly and packing operations
- Ensure production is completed on time as per client POs and specifications
- Manage and allocate production manpower efficiently
- Monitor production output, wastage, rejection and productivity
- Coordinate with R&D;, QC/QA, Stores, Purchase and Dispatch teams
- Ensure availability of raw materials and packaging materials as per production plan




- Maintain proper batch manufacturing and production records
- Ensure compliance with GMP, hygiene, safety and quality procedures
- Identify and resolve production and operational issues
- Monitor machinery and coordinate maintenance and preventive maintenance
- Maintain proper control over WIP and finished goods
- Prepare daily production, pending order and efficiency reports
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline across the production floor
- Take complete responsibility for achieving production targets and timely dispatches

Requirements:
- Graduate/Diploma or relevant qualification
- 5+ years of production experience
- Experience in cosmetics/personal care manufacturing strongly preferred
- Knowledge of color cosmetics manufacturing will be given preference
- Solid experience in production planning and manpower management
- Good understanding of GMP, production documentation and quality procedures
- Strong leaders
