Job Summary:





This role is focused on maximizing engagement, revenue, and performance of TripJack’s existing transacting agent base, while also supporting the activation of newly onboarded agents. The primary objective is to increase active agent percentage, booking frequency, wallet share, and GMV per agent through structured tele-based engagement

Job Responsibilities:
- Agent Engagement, Revenue & Performance Growth (Primary Priority) Own and actively manage a defined portfolio of currently transacting agents Increase booking frequency, transaction value, and product adoption Drive wallet share growth across Flights, Hotels, and Ancillaries Identify early signs of drop in activity and proactively intervene to prevent churn Educate agents on margins, offers, pricing advantages, and product enhancements Act as a business advisor to agents, helping them grow their own sales
