About the Role

A student can have every skill a company is hiring for and still freeze in the interview, submit a sloppy assignment, or miss what a company is actually testing for because no one sat with them and worked through it directly. That's the gap this role closes.

You'll run the hands-on work that turns a shortlisted student into a placed one: mock interviews, assignment reviews, doubt resolution, and real-time coaching through every stage of a company's hiring process. The opportunities you're prepping students for, and the curriculum they're coming from, are Software Engineering roles SDE, full stack, backend. You need to be someone who can actually solve the problems you're coaching students through, not just explain the process around them.

This is both a strategy & execution-focused role. Your job is to run the prep playbook directly with students the rejection analysis, hiring intelligence, and process design behind it and to surface what you're seeing on the ground so that the playbook keeps getting sharper.

Key Responsibilities
- Mock Interviews & Technical Prep:



Run mock technical interviews and coding practice sessions with shortlisted students, giving direct, specific feedback on both correctness and communication.
- Assignment & Assessment Guidance: Review student assignments and take-home tests, and coach them through gaps in logic, code quality, or approach before they submit.
- Doubt Resolution: Provide last-minute prep support and doubt resolution as students move through each stage of a company's hiring process.
- Company-Specific Shortlisting & Mentoring: Identify the right candidates suitable for companies roles based on automated tools & help students prepare for company-specific interview formats, expectations, and evaluation criteria.
- Ground-Level Signal Feed: Report patterns you notice recurring mistakes, confusion points, company feedback — so they can feed into ongoing analysis and hiring-intelligence work.
